In 2016, Jeremy Flores along with Avner Chavez, PJ Southard and Zac Shaffer started THE FOUR FFL. Zac, a seasoned veteran in Fantasy Football who had played since 2007 and commissioned leagues since 2009 was put in charge of forming the league and being the commissioner of it. Zac put together the league, got approval from the league on all the rules to start and then THE FOUR FFL was born. Zac chose the team name Double On-Condras. A play on the term double entendre and the last name of a faculty member of Dallas Christian College: Brian Condra. The Double On-Condras started the season a measly 0-6, which would eventually be turned around when they won 5 out of the last 8 games. Jayhawks would finish 5-9 and had the 4th seed in the playoffs of the inaugural season. Double On-Condras fell to My Bush (later Bush Did 9/11) in the first round of the playoffs by 12 points in a 154-142 game. Double On-Condras would go on to out score the entire league in week 16 and beat The Avner Will Win (later The Blentz's) in the third place consolation game. Winning this game moved Double On-Condras down a spot in the 2017 draft.
2017 was the first year with keepers for the league, each team was allowed to keep six players from the previous roster. Double On-Condras were the only team in 2017 to not change their team name. That would come the following offseason. Jayhawks started hot in 2017, the exact opposite of 2016, 6-0 and held the record, for the time, for longest winning streak in the league history. Unfortunately for Double On-Condras that started the downfall of the remainder of the season. After the 6-0 start they lost the next 8 games finishing the season 6-8 but in 3rd place. Double On-Condras would face off against The Blentz's (formerly The Avner Will Win) in the first round of the playoffs and would lose 219-184 and would face last place Team in the 3rd place consolation game. In the game the Double On-Condras beat Team 153-107 to remain in 3rd place in the final standings and would be set up to draft 2nd overall once again if the expansion wouldn't have happened.

2018 was the year of the expansion from THE FOUR to THE SIX. It was also the year of the official name change from Double On-Condras to Jayhawks. A draft lottery was held to determine the draft order and Jayhawks got the 4th pick in the draft. In the first round they took Cowboys RB Ezekiel Elliott and then took Giants RB Saquon Barkley with the second round pick. Despite getting their top two choices in the first two rounds, Jayhawks struggled throughout the 2018 season. Jayhawks lost 5 games by less than 20 points and lost a league record 10 games and missed the playoffs in the first season with six teams. Jayhawks did make a strong move during the season, sending Ezekiel Elliott and Demaryius Thomas to Dafakawe Tribe for Travis Kelce. This would benefit them in the 5th place tie breaker match up where Jayhawks won 191-157 to avoid dropping to last in the standings.

2019 was the year of changing for Jayhawks. Jayhawks opted to keep Saquon Barkley, Joe Mixon, Michael Thomas and Travis Kelce for the 2019 season. Jayhawks faced Leroy Jenkins, a team that they had struggled against, in week 1 and ended up winning 161-142 in their opening game. Jayhawks started 2-0 for the first time since 2017. They lost to The Blentz's in week 3 and started another hot streak winning another 4 in a row. Tying their franchise record for wins in a season. Jayhawks through 7 weeks were 6-1. Early in the season, Jayhawks traded rookie RB Josh Jacobs to The Blentz's for Stefon Diggs, a member of the 2018 squad. Following week 8's loss to Bush Did 9/11, Jayhawks traded Diggs to Team for Derrick Henry. This would not benefit Jayhawks for week 9 but would for the remainder of the season. Week 9, Jayhawks suffered their third and final loss of the season that led to a 5 game win streak to close out the season. Jayhawks finished 11-3, tying a league record and set the league record for points in a season with 2,567 points. Jayhawks were the top seed in the playoffs and faced reigning champions Team in the first round. Jayhawks were one of 3 teams to score over 200 points in the semifinals that season and out scored the entire league as well. Scoring 221 points in the win over Team. Jayhawks went on to face Dafakawe Tribe in the championship game. Jayhawks would go up early and not relent. They won their first ever title over Dafakawe Tribe 204 - 151 in what is widely considered the most dominant season in league history. All in all Jayhawks set records for points in a season (2,567), least points against in a season (2,044), wins in a season (11), points in a playoff game, (221) and points in a championship game (204).

In 2020 hopes were high for the reigning champions. They opted to keep Michael Thomas, Derrick Henry and Saquon Barkley. The biggest surprise to start the season was their decision to keep WR Chris Godwin over TE Travis Kelce, RBs Joe Mixon and Nick Chubb. At the beginning of the season Jayhawks struggled mightily starting the season 2-2. Through 7 weeks they were 2-4 and in last place. A few killer moves were made. A trade had been agreed to with Team that would send Michael Thomas for Kareem Hunt and DJ Chark but Team backed out the day before it would process. Then Jayhawks traded Thomas to Dafakawe Tribe for Davante Adams. They would attempt to trade Chris Godwin, David Montgomery and Justin Jefferson to Leroy Jenkins for James Conner and AJ Brown. The trade would be vetoed by league members. The trade was adjusted and Todd Gurley and Justin Jefferson were instead shipped to Leroy Jenkins for AJ Brown and Justin Jackson. Jayhawks would also agree to two trades with Bush Did 9/11. The first sent Cooper Kupp to Bush Did 9/11 for Ryan Tannehill who was part of the 2019 Champions team. The second trade was AJ Brown and David Montgomery for Tyreek Hill. Jayhawks, starting the season 2-4 would finish the next 8 games 5-3 to earn the 3 seed with a 7-7 record. Jayhawks had 2 players win regular season honors: Aaron Rodgers won both The Six FFL MVP and Quarterback of the Year, and Tyreek Hill won Wide Receiver of the Year. Jayhawks had three other players finish as runner ups in different categories. Jayhawks, in the playoffs faced their rival Bush Did 9/11, who they had beaten 2 out of 3 games to win the 2020 Bush Hawk. Bush Did 9/11 got the last laugh and won the semi final game 200 - 176. Jayhawks hot run had ended in a not so glorious fashion. They went on to the 3rd place consolation game and lost that game also. Setting them up for the third overall pick in 2021.

2021 hopes were once again high for the Jayhawks. Jayhawks had the best duo of Wide Receivers in Davante Adams and Tyreek Hill and a deadly duo of Running Backs in Saquon Barkley and Derrick Henry. Now, Jayhawks would go on to regret keeping the oft injured Barkley over Nick Chubb. They would trade Barkley early in the season for David Montgomery who would wind up getting hurt. Jayhawks despite this started the season 5-0 and then the injury bug began. Russell Wilson, Lamar Jackson, David Montgomery, and Derrick Henry would all get injured and force Jayhawks into making moves to try to remain at the top. Jayhawks would trade Davante Adams for Jonathan Taylor in hopes of him carrying them in the playoffs. It would not pay off for the Jayhawks as they would finish the season 8-6, in 2nd place and would lose to future champion The Mighty Bucks in the semi final game. Jayhawks would also lose in the consolation game against Dafakawe Tribe in which neither team started full rosters. Jayhawks would head into 2022 with the number 3 pick and 3 of the top running backs in the league.
